Sewing!

Winter break is giving me lots of time to finish up projects. Here is a dress that's just about done. Might try to give it a waist at some point. Apologies for the nerdy pose. The fabric of this dress is very thin and light. I found it in an antique store in Delaware. More to be finished soon, I hope!

Knitting!

I learned how to knit this week from my mom! Here is a photo of my first knitted scarf. I finally understand why knitting during the winter is so gratifying

Two Books

I made my first two hardbound books yesterday.

Intaglios and an Art Show

The Cheap Art Holiday Show raised about 350 dollars for Art Guild. And I turned in my printmaking portfolio yesterday for finals. This intaglio was done on a beat up, left over plate from years ago. It's from a photo of my dad being held by his grandfather.
